The online subscription program includes weekly physiotherapist-led sport-related lessons for before, after, and continuation care, as well as weekly mental game training. Subscribers also receive offensive and defensive active exercises for home training, with all lessons recorded for review.

1 Monthly Physiotherapist sport related before/ after and continuation care lessons and teachings
1 Monthly online mental game training, some topics include performance anxiety, mental health in relation to the sport, building self-confidence, building routine and self-care plans for positive thinking, CCC style training, etc.
1 online lesson at the beginning of each month that will / can be actively used 2 days a week for the entire month to drill in muscle memory and form. Supporting athletes with knowing how to completes tee work lessons in relation to building at home positive hitting muscle memory technique, swing sequencing and building a train at home program parents and youth can utilize from home

1 online lesson at the beginning of each month that that can be used weekly for defensive muscle memory training while training proper positioning, glove work, body movements and fielding technique, lessons will include infield and outfield drill.

Includes UNIQUE Accountability program over site, athletes upon registration will have the option each month to send in their tracking sheets, reflection, hopes for future lessons and be entered to win the 360 Elite athlete of the month, the award is an MVP most valuable athlete ring and athlete recognition on the website.

Bonus content - Specialty messages, instructors and potential of live drop in training could be part of your bonus content this month. Bonus content won’t happen every month but will be a part of the program and may include Olympic athlete messaging, unique training drills, recruitment talks from colleges, universities and or recruitment planning.
